		<description>True enough, so then the challenge becomes creating an environment where you can attract those to your business who have the passion and creativity for what you&#039;re working on. In some ways you almost need to seek out people who want the job like they want to join a hobby or a club - they do it out of predominantly personal interest, not because they just want a job.

Do you think this counts as work towards the Macro mid-term, you know total factor productivity and all :)  (or does this fall into the procrastination bin?)</description>
