		<description>The reason Steve Jobs will be able to wow the crowds with 3GPP VCC is because Apple will provide an all-in-own solution. Not only will the iPhone have 3GPP VCC, but Apple will have strong-armed.. err worked with the carriers to have this integration in place. I don&#039;t imagine 3GPP working right out of the box... something downstream has to happen for the solution to be cool.</description>
